In 2020, Finau finished in a tie for second and just two shots behind winner Dustin Johnson. It was the first time that Finau had played a competitive event in Saudi Arabia.
The Saudi International is on the European Tour and will likely be the only European Tour event that Finau contends in this season, outside of the WGC events that are also considered European Tour events.
Season To Date
Through the 2021-22 PGA Tour Season Finau has contended in six events to date. Most recently, Finau was cut after a poor second round showing at the Farmers Insurance Open marking just the second time this season that Finau has failed to play on the weekend.
His best result came when he finished in a tie for seventh at the Hero World Challenge. A T19 also occurred the week prior at the Sentry Tournament of Champions.
