SALT LAKE CITY – Utah Jazz forward threw down a two-handed dunk over Phoenix Suns forward Jalen Smith in the first quarter on Wednesday night at Vivint Arena.
With 3:42 remaining in the first quarter, Eric Paschall received the ball at the top of the three-point line. He faked the handoff to Jordan Clarkson as he turned to drive to the basket. Paschall made a jump stop in the paint and finished with a two-handed dunk. That play cut the Suns’ lead to 27-14.

At the end of the first quarter, the Suns had a 39-18 lead. Devin Booker scored more points than the Jazz as a team with 21 points. It’s the most points Booker scored in a first quarter of a game this season.
The Jazz were without Rudy Gobert and Donovan Mitchell as they looked for revenge on the Suns, who beat Utah on Monday on their home floor.
Utah and Phoenix can be seen on ESPN or AT&T SportsNet and heard on The Zone Sports Network.
