Utah State Football Jabs Oregon State With Funny Twitter Response

SALT LAKE CITY – The Utah State Aggies jokingly jabbed the Oregon State football program with a bowl game victory response to a tweet sent by the Beavers.

The Aggies played the Beavers in the Jimmy Kimmel LA Bowl at SoFi Stadium in Los Angeles on December 18.
USU beat Oregon State, 24-13.
The Beavers blasted the west side of Reser Stadium on Friday, January 7. The demolition is part of a $153 million stadium renovation by Oregon State.

The Beavers shared photos of the explosion on the football team’s Twitter account. “BOOM,” Oregon State football tweeted.
Utah State took the opportunity to tease the Beavers. “geez guys it was was only a bowl game…” USU football replied.

With the bowl win, the Aggies finished the season with an 11-3 record this season, including 6-2 in the Mountain West Conference.
Utah State earned an automatic bid to the LA Bowl after winning the Mountain West title.
