Report: Utah Jazz G/F Joe Ingles Enters NBA’s Health And Safety Protocol

SALT LAKE CITY – The Utah Jazz were looking really good on the COVID-19 front by not having any players in the health and safety protocol until Tuesday afternoon.
According to ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski, Utah Jazz guard/forward Joe Ingles has entered the league’s health and safety protocol.

Wojnarowski mentioned that until today, the Jazz were the only NBA team without a player in the league’s health and safety protocols. According to league rules, the Jazz will need to have 13 players active or they will have to sign a player to a 10-day contract.
The Jazz are in the middle of a five-game road trip. They started the trip with a win over the New Orleans Pelicans on Monday night. Ingles had two points and six assists in 26 minutes on the floor in the win. They will be in Denver to battle the Nuggets on Wednesday at 8 p.m. MT on The Zone Sports Network.
Then the Jazz will travel to Toronto on Friday, Indiana on Saturday and wrap up the trip in Detroit on Monday, January 10.
