Jazz Guard Mike Conley Goes Vertical To Block Spurs’ Shot

SALT LAKE CITY – Jazz guard Mike Conley jumped high into the to reject a shot attempt during Utah’s game against the San Antonio Spurs.
The Spurs hosted the Jazz at AT&T Center on Monday, December 27.
Only 1:19 into the contest, Conley went vertical to block a midrange shot attempt by San Antonio’s Derrick White.

Conley collected the rebound and pushed the Jazz offense the other way.
After the first timeout of the game was taken at the 6:49 mark of the opening quarter, the Jazz and Spurs were tied at 10-10.
Conley started the game with four points on 2-5 field goals. He added two rebounds, one assist, and a block during his first five minutes on the hardwood.

This season, the Ohio State product is averaging 14.1 points, 2.6 rebounds, 5.4 assists, 1.1 steals, and 0.3 blocks per contest.
