Big Man Touchdown: Jets QB Zach Wilson Finds O-Lineman For Score

SALT LAKE CITY – Former BYU and current Jets quarterback Zach Wilson threw a touchdown pass to one of his offensive linemen during New York’s against the Jacksonville Jaguars.
The Jets hosted the Jaguars at MetLife Stadium on Sunday, December 26.
With 9:16 left in the fourth quarter, Wilson and the Jets went for it on 4th and Goal from the one-yard line.
The rookie signal-caller dropped back before floating a ball into the end zone for Jets offensive tackle Conor McDermott.
The lineman came down with the catch for six points.

The Wilson-McDermott connection extended New York’s lead to 23-15.
The toss capped an 11-play, 80-yard drive that lasted 6:09.
After the throw, Wilson was 11/18 passing for 78 yards and a touchdown. He added three carries for 89 yards and a touchdown on the ground.

The BYU product entered the game having thrown for 1,911 yards, six touchdowns, and 11 interceptions.
New York’s game against Jacksonville is televised on CBS.
