Jazz Guard Donovan Mitchell Drains Deep Three-Pointer Against T-Wolves

SALT LAKE CITY – Jazz guard Donovan Mitchell knocked down a deep three-pointer during the opening minutes of Utah’s game against the Minnesota Timberwolves.
The Jazz hosted the T-Wolves on Thursday, December 23.
With 7:50 remaining in the first quarter, Mitchell pulled up from 25 feet out and buried a straightaway three-pointer.

Mitchell’s triple gave the Jazz an 11-9 lead.
After the deep shot, the fifth-year guard from Lousiville had seven points on 1-3 shooting, including 1-3 from beyond the arc. He added two rebounds and one assist in five minutes.
This season, Mitchell is averaging 25.0 points per game on 45.7 percent shooting, including 34.1 percent from distance. Mitchell is currently No. 10 on the NBA’s leading scorers list.
