Utah TE Brant Kuithe Announces Return For Senior Season In 2022

SALT LAKE CITY – Utah tight end Brant Kuithe announced that he will return for his senior season with the Utes in 2022 rather than leave school early to declare for the NFL Draft like many of his teammates.
Kuithe shared his decision to come back via a social media post on Thursday, December 23.

Kuithe has played for the Utes since 2018.
This season, the Katy, Texas native has recorded 44 catches for 534 yards and six touchdowns. He’s also run the ball three times for five yards and a touchdown.
During his four seasons at Utah, Kuithe has 123 receptions for 1,599 yards and 13 touchdowns. He’s added 16 rushes for 155 yards and four touchdowns on the ground.

Kuithe helped Utah to a 10-3 record, a first-ever Pac-12 Conference title, and the Utes’ first bid to the Rose Bowl Game.
No. 11 Utah will No. 6 Ohio State in the Rose Bowl on Saturday, January 1 at 3 p.m. (MDT) on ESPN.
