SALT LAKE CITY – University of Utah senior offensive tackle Bamidele Olaseni has accepted an invitation to participate in the East-West Shrine Bowl.

Bamidele Olaseni is the second Utah player that will participate in a postseason college football all-star game. Devin Lloyd will be playing in the Senior Bowl.

The Shrine Bowl brings in some of the best players in college football that are eligible for the NFL Draft.

Olaseni joined Utah in 2019 as one of the top junior college players in the country from Garden City Community College.

During the 2019 season, Olaseni saw action in two games. He was able to play in five games on special teams during the 2020 campaign.

The London, England native made massive improvements in his game in 2021 and started in 10 of the 14 games this season at left tackle.

The Shrine Bowl will take place on Thursday, February 3, 2022 at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas, Nevada. The game will begin at 6 p.m. MT on the NFL Network.
