Weber State’s Rashid Shaheed Earns All-America First-Team Honors

SALT LAKE CITY – Stats Perform named Weber State’s Rashid Shaheed to its FCS All-America first-team for his play during the 2021 season.
Shaheed was recognized on Monday, December 20.
It was the Weber State senior’s fourth time making an All-America team.

With the honor, Shaheed became the first Wildcat to earn All-America honors four times.
This season, Shaheed has 1,503 all-purpose yards, which ranked N0. 8 in the country. He led Weber State with 39 catches for 700 yards and four touchdowns. Shaheed added two kickoff returns for touchdowns during the season.
Shaheed finished his Weber State career as the FCS all-time leader in kickoff returns for touchdowns with seven. In the receiving game, Shaheed had 2,164 yards and 18 touchdowns.

The San Diego, California native earned All-Big Sky first-team honors four times during his time with the Wildcats.
