Jazz Forward Joe Ingles Tricks Sixers Defense With Fake Pass

SALT LAKE CITY – Jazz forward Joe Ingles looked off the defense with a fake pass before making a layup during Utah’s game against the Philadelphia 76ers.
The Sixers hosted the Jazz on Thursday, December 9.
With 9:55 remaining in the second quarter, Ingles got the Sixers to bite on a fake pass inside the paint before connecting on a layup.
Ingles’ bucket shot tied the game at 36-36.

Midway through the second quarter, the Jazz owned a 44-40 advantage.
Ingles had eight points to lead Utah’s second unit. He scored his eight points on 3-5 shooting, including 2-3 from beyond the arc. Ingles added two rebounds and six assists during his first 12 minutes on the hardwood.
This season, Ingles is averaging 8.0 points, 3.0 boards, and 3.3 assists per contest.
