Kyle Kuzma Hits Go-Ahead Triple In Wizards Win Over Pistons

SALT LAKE CITY – Former Utah Utes star and current Washington Wizards forward Kyle Kuzma hit the go-ahead three-pointer to give them a 119-116 overtime win over the Detroit Pistons.
With the game tied at 116 after a layup by Pistons guard Cade Cunningham, Kyle Kuzma was found in the corner and nailed the three-pointer with 0.6 seconds left in overtime.
Former Lone Peak High School and current Pistons guard Frank Jackson missed the game-tying three-pointer at the buzzer.

After hitting the three-pointer, Kuzma waved goodbye to the crowd in Detroit. He is from Flint, Michigan.
Kuzma led the way with 26 points, seven rebounds and four assists, while shooting 8-of-18 from the field and 4-for-10 from the three-point line in 39 minutes on the floor. Bradley Beal added 25 points in the win as the Wizards improved their record to 15-11.
The win over the Pistons snapped a three-game losing streak. They will return home to face the Utah Jazz on Saturday, December 11 at 5 p.m. MT on AT&T SportsNet and The Zone Sports Network.
