Logan Bonner Hits Brandon Bowling For Duo’s Second TD Against SDSU

CARSON, Calif. – Utah State quarterback Logan Bonner connected with Brandon Bowling for the duo’s second touchdown of the Mountain West Conference Championship game against the San Diego State Aztecs.
The No. 19 Aztecs hosted the Aggies at Dignity Health Sports Park on Saturday, December 4.
With 1:54 remaining in the third quarter, Bonner hit Bowling for 18 yards and six points.
The Bonner-Bowling connection gave Utah State a 29-6 lead.

The score capped a six-play, 35-yard drive that lasted 3:25.
The drive was set up by a muffed punt by the Aztecs and recovery by the Aggies.
After the play, Bonner was 26/37 passing for 282 yards, three touchdowns, and one interception. Bonner entered the game having thrown for 3,242 yards, 32 touchdowns, and 10 interceptions this season.
Bowling led USU’s receivers with seven catches for 151 yards and two touchdowns. He came to California with 44 catches for 630 yards and seven touchdowns in 2021.
