LAS VEGAS, Nev. – The University of Utah football team held a moment of loudness during the Pac-12 Championship Game at Allegiant Stadium against Oregon.
During a break in the second quarter, Allegiant Stadium played the video that has been played every home game at Rice-Eccles Stadium. The fans inside the Las Vegas Raiders stadium shined their lights on their phones which has become a tradition in Salt Lake City.

The moment of loudness started this season where a video would play on the jumbotron at Rice-Eccles Stadium during the break between the third and fourth quarters.
It was originally done to honor the life of Ty Jordan, who tragically passed away on December 25, 2020 to an accidental gunshot wound near his hometown in Texas.
The moment of loudness received a bigger meaning after the defensive back Aaron Lowe was shot and killed at a house party in Sugarhouse on September 26.
Utah and Oregon can be seen on ABC in the Pac-12 Championship game.
