Weber State Runs Past Northern Arizona To Remain Undefeated

SALT LAKE CITY – The Weber State men’s basketball team cruised to victory the Northern Arizona Lumberjacks to remain unbeaten this season.
The Wildcats hosted the Lumberjacks on Thursday, December 2.
Weber State defeated NAU, 67-44.

The Wildcats started well and took a double-digit lead into the locker room at halftime.
Weber State’s offense hit another gear during the final 20 minutes of action and the Wildcats won by 23 points.
WSU finished the game shooting 34.5 percent overall and 15.4 percent from beyond the arc.
Three Wildcats reached double figures in scoring.
Dillon Jones led Weber State with 18 points and 12 rebounds.

Weber State limited NAU to 33.3 percent shooting from the field, including 26.7 percent from distance.
With the win, the Wildcats improved their record to 7-0 this season.
Weber State’s next game is against the Portland State Vikings on Saturday, December 4 at 6 p.m. (MDT). The game will be streamed on ESPN+.
