Nine Utah State Football Players Earn All-Mountain West Honors

LOGAN, Utah – The regular season has wrapped up in the Mountain West Conference and nine Utah State football players have earned All-Conference honors.

The Mountain West Conference released their individual and All-Conference awards that was voted by the media.

Utah State wide receiver Deven Thompkins earned first team All-Mountain West and is the only Aggie to be named to the first team. Savon Scarver earned second team recognition as a kick returner. Linebacker Justin Rice was named second team All-Mountain West.

Safety Shaq Bond, offensive lineman Alfred Edwards, defensive lineman Nick Heninger, punt returner Jordan Nathan, offensive lineman Quazzel White and wide receiver Derek Wright were named All-Mountain West Honorable Mention.
