BYU RB Jackson McChesney Powers For Touchdown Against USC

LOS ANGELES – BYU running back Jackson McChesney subbed into the game for a banged-up Tyler Allgeier and scored a touchdown against the USC Trojans.
The Trojans hosted the No. 13 Cougars at Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum on Saturday, November 27.
With 3:57 left in the fourth quarter, McChesney powered his way for seven yards and across the goal line for six points.
The touchdown gave BYU a 35-31 lead over USC.

McChesney’s run capped a six-play, 62-yard drive that lasted 2:22.
After the score, McChesney had three carries for 17 yards and a touchdown.
Four plays earlier, Allgeier exited the game after fumbling the ball and coming up hobbled. McChesney ran the ball on three consecutive plays, including his score.
McChesney entered the game with 11 carries for 47 yards.

He owns career stats of 50 carries for 394 yards and four touchdowns.
