Previous Injury for Udoka Azubuike
This isn’t the first time that Azubuike has suffered a lower leg injury during his time with the Jazz.
During his NBA G League debut in February, the big man suffered a gruesome ankle sprain. The injury caused him to miss valuable experience with the Stars over the following weeks.
During his two seasons with Utah, Azubuike has averaged 0.9 points, 0.9 rebounds, 0.2 blocks, and 0.1 steals in 3.4 minutes per contest in 19 games played. He’s appeared in four Jazz games this season.
Utah selected Azubuike with the No. 27 pick during the first round of the 2020 NBA Draft.
