Utah RB Tavion Thomas Bursts For Touchdown Against Colorado

SALT LAKE CITY – Utah running back Tavion Thomas reached the end zone for his 18th rushing touchdown of the season during the Utes’ game against the Colorado Buffaloes.
The No. 19 Utes hosted the Buffaloes at Rice-Eccles Stadium on Friday, November 26.
With 12:08 left in the third quarter, Utes quarterback Cam Rising handed the ball off to Thomas, who broke out of the backfield for a 12-yard run and six points.

Thomas’ burst gave the Utes a 21-13 lead.
The score capped a seven-play, 68-yard drive that lasted 2:29.
After the run, Thomas had 19 carries for 12o yards and a touchdown.

Thomas entered the contest with 143 carries for 836 yards and 17 touchdowns on the ground this season.
Utah’s game against Colorado is broadcast on FOX and 700 AM.
