Rudy Gobert Hosting Block Party In First Half Against Sixers

SALT LAKE CITY – Utah Jazz center Rudy Gobert was showing why he is the three-time NBA Defensive Player of the Year in the first half against the Sixers.
Rudy Gobert was hosting a block party as he recorded four in just the first half alone. In the first quarter, Gobert rejected a shot in the paint by Andre Drummond and another recovery block off the backboard.

The recovery block was when Gobert and Bojan Bogdanovic switched their man, putting Gobert on Tobias Harris and Bogdanovic on Andre Drummond. Harris threw the ball to Drummond on the block and slashed to the basket. Drummond threw the ball back to Harris, who thought he had a layup before Gobert blocked the attempt off the backboard.
