Bills DB Taron Johnson Hauls In First Interception Of Season

SALT LAKE CITY – Former Weber State Wildcats and current Buffalo Bills cornerback Taron Johnson picked off New York Jets quarterback Mike White for his first interception of the 2021 NFL season.
The Jets hosted the Bills on Sunday, November 14.
With 9:24 left in the opening quarter, Johnson intercepted White and returned the ball four yards.
It was Johnson’s first pick of the season and third of his career.

At halftime, the Bills owned a 17-3 lead.
Johnson had three tackles, one pass breakup, and an interception during the first 30 minutes of game time.

Johnson entered the game with 40 total tackles, 31 solo tackles, one sack, one forced fumble, and five pass breakups this season.
Buffalo’s game against New York is televised on CBS.
