Donovan Mitchell Hits Three Near Logo During Perfect Start Against Pacers

SALT LAKE CITY – Utah Jazz guard Donovan Mitchell connected on a three-pointer from near the midcourt logo during a perfect start against the Indiana Pacers.
The Jazz hosted the Pacers at Vivint Arena on Thursday, November 11.
With 7:05 remaining in the opening quarter, Mitchell knocked down a ridiculous 32-foot triple from near the Utah Jazz logo at midcourt.

Mitchell’s three-pointer stretched Utah’s lead to 18-14.
The shot from way downtown gave Mitchell 11 points on a perfect 4-4 shooting start, including 3-3 from beyond the arc. He added two assists during his first five minutes on the hardwood.

Mitchell’s 11 points were a season-high in first quarter points by the guard this season.

This season, Mitchell is averaging 25.9 points per game, which is tied for eighth among all NBA players. He is shooting 43.0 percent overall and 31.5 percent from distance. Mitchell is adding 4.2 rebounds, 5.3 assists, and 1.5 steals in 32.6 minutes per contest.
