SALT LAKE CITY – Utah football will retire number 22 on Saturday and the Pac-12 programs are finding ways to honor Ty Jordan and Aaron Lowe in their games.
While Utah will retire their first number in their football program’s history, five other Pac-12 stadiums will honor Ty Jordan and Aaron Lowe in their own way. There are five other games in the Pac-12 that will be played today. All five stadiums have a red hash mark painted on the 22-yard line.
Those stadiums include Sun Devil Stadium ahead of Arizona State and Washington State. Autzen Stadium is involved as Oregon will battle Colorado. California Memorial Stadium has the hash mark as Cal will square off with Oregon State. The Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum is involved with USC hosting Arizona. Finally, Stanford Stadium is included as the Cardinal will host Washington.
Four of the five programs posted a photo on social media.
