Utah’s USS Salt Lake City Helmets Shown Off In Social Media Video

SALT LAKE CITY, Utah – An airbrush artist showed off the design for Utah’s USS Salt Lake City helmets in a video post on social media.
The Utes will rock their USS Salt Lake City uniforms against Oregon as part of Military Appreciation Day in November.
Utah first unveiled its USS Salt Lake City design jersey in August.
Armando Villarreal, an airbrush artist for Schutt Sports, shared a video of creating the design for the Utes’ USS Salt Lake City helmet.

The details of Utah’s unique uniforms were released on social media in August. The football team shared a video post that was narrated by a military veteran on the Utes’ equipment staff.

The Utes currently own a 4-3 record this season, including 3-1 in Pac-12 Conference action.
Utah will play Oregon on November 20.
The team’s next game is a home contest against the UCLA Bruins on Saturday, October 30 at 8 p.m. (MDT). The game will be broadcast on ESPN and 700 AM.
