Cam Rising Throws Pair Of TD Passes In Perfect Start Against Oregon State

CORVALLIS, Ore. – Utah quarterback Cam Rising recorded a perfect start with two quick touchdown passes in the Utes’ game against the Oregon State Beavers.
The Beavers hosted the Utes at Reser Stadium in Corvallis, Oregon on Saturday, October 23.
With 7:19 left in the opening quarter, Rising tossed an 11-yard pass into the end zone to a wide-open Brant Kuithe.
It was Rising’s second score of the first quarter and extended Utah’s lead to 14-0.
The sophomore quarterback’s toss capped a five-play, 38-yard drive by the Utes.

Utah’s first score came three minutes into the game on a touchdown pass from Rising to Micah Bernard.
After the second score, Rising was 4/4 passing for 40 yards and two touchdowns. Kuithe had two catches for 12 yards and a touchdown.
Rising has thrown 11 touchdown passes this season.
Utah’s game against Oregon State is broadcast on the Pac-12 Network and 700 AM.
