LOGAN, Utah – For the second time in a seven-minute span, Utah State QB Logan Bonner threw a touchdown pass to Derek Wright against Colorado State.
Utah State faced a fourth down with five yards to go on the Colorado state 38-yard line. Rather than kicking a long field goal, the Aggies went for it and it paid off when Logan Bonner found Derek Wright for a 38-yard TD. That gave Utah State a 14-7 lead with 7:19 remaining in the first half.
That was the second touchdown of the night for both Bonner and Wright. It’s a career high for Wright with most touchdown catches in a game.
