Utah Jazz To Host Community Vaccination Clinic At Vivint Arena

SALT LAKE CITY, Utah – The Utah Jazz in partnership with University of Utah Health announced a community vaccination clinic, involving free Jazz tickets.
The Utah Jazz will give two free Jazz tickets to a future game to 50 individuals who receiving a vaccine shot. The event will be held on Friday, October 29 from 2-5 p.m. MT at the main entrance at Vivint Arena.
Parking is free at Park Place across the street from Vivint Arena and free fare is available on the Utah Transit Authority (UTA) for vaccination appointments. People can get the vaccine for free and will not be required to show proof of insurance.

First and second doses of the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccination will be provided in addition to the Johnson & Johnson single shot. Masks are mandatory at the vaccination stations inside the arena and people are encouraged to bring their existing vaccination cards, if applicable. After the first 50 individuals receive Jazz tickets, the next 50 people will be awarded prizes.
The Utah Jazz and Vivint Arena announced before the preseason that all adults that would like to attend games would need to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 or provide a negative COVID-19 test that was taken within the last 72 hours.
