SALT LAKE CITY, Utah – Utah football faced a two-touchdown deficit entering the second half but Brant Kuithe and the offense changed that.
On Utah’s second drive of the second half, Cam Rising connected with Brant Kuithe for a 20-yard touchdown. Kuithe needed multiple Arizona State defenders to bring him down but he was already in the end zone.
That play came right after Britain Covey was flagged for unsportsmanlike conduct after flexing over an ASU defender when he was tackled out of bounds.

The TD by Kuithe tied the game at 21 with 6:20 to play in the third quarter. Utah’s first drive of the second half was a seven-yard touchdown run by Tavion Thomas.
It’s the second receiving touchdown of the year for Kuithe and the third total TD of the year.
