SALT LAKE CITY, Utah – The University of Utah football team revealed their uniform combination for their Ute Proud game against Arizona State on Saturday.
When Utah takes the field against Arizona State on Saturday night at Rice-Eccles Stadium, they will wear white helmets with a special designed U on the helmet. They will also wear black jerseys with white pants.
It’s the third time since Utah has joined the Pac-12 in 2011 that they have worn this uniform combination. The last time this similar helmet design was worn at home in 2018 against Arizona. The last time the uniform combination was worn was at home against San Jose State in a 54-16 win.

The Utes opened the season against Weber State by wearing black helmets, red jerseys and red pants. They wore the all-red combination on the road against BYU. On the road against San Diego State, they rocked red helmets, white jerseys and red pants.
When the Utes returned home against Washington State, they wore the throwback uniforms with white helmets, red jerseys and white pants. Last week’s win at USC, Utah sported throwback uniforms again but this time it was all-white.
Utah and Arizona State will square off on Saturday, October 16 at Rice-Eccles Stadium. Kickoff is at 8 p.m. MT on ESPN.
