SALT LAKE CITY, Utah – This Thursday, September 30, the LA Kings will host the Las Vegas Knights in the annual “Frozen Fury” pre-season hockey game played in Salt Lake City, Utah.
Kings President Luc Robitaille was a guest on The Utah Puck Report leading up to the game that will be played at Vivint Arena.
During the interview, Robitaille told KSL Sports he expects LA to dress more than the required eight veterans and that their top prospects are also expected to play.

“We have a couple of spots open, and they know it,” Robitaille said.
Expect to see a more regular-season-looking roster with a few players with a legitimate shot of playing NHL games this season in the mix. LA boasts one of the best pool of prospects in the NHL.
Another cool twist to this preseason game is that no matter what the score is at the end, both teams will participate in a shoot-out.
