SALT LAKE CITY, Utah – Before UCLA head coach Chip Kelly addressed the media on Monday, he gave his condolences to the Utah football program and Aaron Lowe’s family.
Chip Kelly met with the local Los Angeles media on Monday when he started the availability with thoughts on the tragic passing of Utah DB Aaron Lowe.
“First, I’d like to say our thoughts and prayers are out at the University of Utah, Aaron Lowe’s family with the tragedy that happened over the weekend,” Kelly said. “Puts things in perspective for everybody. I know they lost a player last offseason, who was actually really close with Aaron (inaudible) it’s a tough thing … our thoughts and prayers are with those guys.”
