Steelers Score Special Teams TD After Former SUU DB Miles Killebrew Blocks Punt

SALT LAKE CITY, Utah – The Pittsburgh Steelers scored a special teams touchdown after former Southern Utah defensive back Miles Killebrew blocked a punt by the Buffalo Bills.
The Bills hosted the Steelers on Sunday, September 12.
With 9:45 left in the fourth quarter, Bills punter Matt Haack attempted to kick the ball away when Killebrew flew into the backfield and blocked the kick.
Pittsburgh’s Ulysees Gilbert III scooped up the football and returned it about 12 yards to the end zone for a touchdown.

The special teams score gave Pittsburgh a 20-10 lead over Buffalo.

Killebrew and the Steelers held on for a 23-16 victory over the Bills.
With the win, Pittsburgh moved to a 1-0 record to start the season.
The Steelers’ next game is against the Las Vegas Raiders on Sunday, September 19 at 11 a.m. (MDT). The game will broadcast on CBS.
