Everyone in the Big 12 Conference has won at least one conference championship since the creation of the league except West Virginia. For Men’s Basketball, all but two have claimed at least one share of a men’s basketball title. The only outliers are West Virginia and TCU.
Kansas men’s basketball has 19 conference championships.
With Texas and Oklahoma leaving after 2025, the Baylor Bears athletic department claims the most Big 12 Championships. Baylor has 14 men’s tennis titles, 12 in women’s basketball, and 11 in women’s tennis. They have two in football and one (last year) in men’s basketball.
