SALT LAKE CITY, Utah – BYU quarterback Jaren Hall improvised for a big run before tossing his second touchdown of the game to Neil Pau’u.
The Cougars played the Arizona Wildcats at Allegiant Stadium, the home of the Las Vegas Raiders, on Saturday, September 4.
With 8:12 remaining in the third quarter, Hall was flushed out of the pocket before he sprinted to the opposite side of the field.
The far side of the field was absent of Wildcats and Hall sprinted up the sideline for 39 yards before Arizona’s defensive backs forced the quarterback out of bounds.
Two plays later, Hall threw a six-yard pass into the end zone for Pau’u.
