LAS VEGAS, Nevada – The BYU football team has another mantra in pregame warmups for the 2021 season.
Last year the Cougars wore t-shirts that read, “Love One Another.” A play on the popular hymn in The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
For the 2021 season, BYU players came out onto the field at Allegiant Stadium wearing a shirt that read, “We Are 123 Strong.”

The number 123 comes from the number of players on the BYU football roster. Sixth-year head coach Kalani Sitake has built his program with a focus that centers around everyone. From scholarship number one athlete to the last man on the roster as a walk-on.
Last month, Built Bar signed up with Built 4 Life to sponsor the BYU football team and its walk-ons. Each walk-on has its tuition covered from the name, image, and likeness endorsement from Built.
BYU and Arizona kick-off at 8:30 p.m. (MT) on ESPN and KSL NewsRadio (102.7 FM, 1160 AM).
