Tony Finau Enters Weekend One Shot Back After Round Two At The Northern Trust

SALT LAKE CITY, Utah – PGA Tour golfer Tony Finau recorded an impressive second round at The Northern Trust and will enter the weekend one shot back on the leaderboard.
The Northern Trust takes place from August 19-22 at Liberty National Golf Club in Jersey City, New Jersey.
Finau rose up two spots on the leaderboard following his second day at Liberty National.
The Utahn shot seven-under for a score of 64 on Round Two of the tournament.

Finau shot a 67 on the opening day of The Northern Trust.
After the second round, Finau sat in second place on the leaderboard with a total score of 11-under for the tourney.
Finau’s score after two rounds tied a career-best through 36 holes on the PGA Tour.

Jon Rahm stayed atop the leaderboard and is one shot ahead of Finau at 12-under.
Round Three of the tournament begins on Saturday, August 21 at 6 a.m. (MDT). Early television coverage begins at 11 a.m. (MDT) on Golf Channel and live coverage begins at 1 p.m. (MDT) on CBS.
