SALT LAKE CITY, Utah – The 2021 NFL season is around the corner and there are some important dates for football fans to keep track of this year.
These are the most important dates for fans to mark on their calendars for the 2021 NFL season:
July 2021
July 27 – Training camps begin

August 5-9: Hall of Fame Weekend in Canton, Ohio

August 12-16: First Preseason Weekend
August 17: Active/Inactive Roster List cut to a maximum of 85 players
August 19-23: Second Preseason Weekend
August 24: Active/Inactive Roster List cut to a maximum of 80 players
August 26-29: Third Preseason Weekend
August 31: Active/Inactive Roster List cut to a maximum of 53 players
September 2021
September 5: Final day of preseason training camp for all teams
September 9: NFL Kickoff Weekend begins with Dallas Cowboys vs. Tampa Bay Buccaneers on KSL TV
