Damir Kreilach Makes MLS Team Of The Week After Brace Against Vancouver

SALT LAKE CITY, Utah – Real Salt Lake star midfielder Damir Kreilach has been announced as a member of this week’s MLS Team of the Week after his brace against Vancouver on July 17.
Kreilach, 32, has scored 7 goals through 11 games played this season leading RSL in that category. He only ranks behind the Galaxies Chicharito and Sounders striker Raúl Ruidíaz who have both scored 10 goals respectively.

It was the second time this year in which Kreilach has been honored with a Team of the Week honor. The last appearance came following a 3-1 rout of Vancouver when he scored another brace against the Whitecaps.
To date, Kreilach has scored four of his seven goals on the year against the Whitecaps.
RSL’s next game is on the road against LAFC at Banc of America Stadium on July 17th. The kickoff is slated for 8:30 p.m.
The next fixture at Rio Tinto Stadium will come on July 21st when RSL hosts the LA Galaxy under the lights.
