Full Field Announced For Utah Basketball, Sunshine Slam

SALT LAKE CITY, Utah – The Sunshine Slam officially announced their field of teams for the multi-team event (MTE) which includes Utah basketball.
The Sunshine Slam released the field on Twitter on Tuesday afternoon which includes Utah, Boston College, Rhode Island, Tulsa, Air Force, Holy Cross, Bryant and Bethune-Cookman.
Utah will play at the Ocean Center in Daytona Beach, Florida from November 20-21. As a part of that deal, the Utes will host Bethune Cookman at the Jon M. Huntsman Center on Monday, November 15 before heading to Daytona Beach.
New format. New location. Same Florida sunshine.
Utah, Boston College, Rhode Island, Tulsa, Air Force, Holy Cross, Bryant and Bethune-Cookman will compete in the 2021 Sunshine Slam.

Tip-off times and broadcast information will be released at a later date. The Runnin’ Utes will open the Sunshine Slam against Boston College for their fourth meeting all-time. Depending on the outcome of that game, Utah will face either Rhode Island or Tulsa on Sunday, November 21.
Their game against Bethune-Cookman will mark the first ever meeting between the two schools. Utah is 5-2 all-time against Tulsa, 2-2 vs. Rhode Island and 2-1 against Boston College.
