Instant Replay: Jazz’s Bojan Bogdanovic Throws Down Big Slam Dunk During Olympic Qualifier

SALT LAKE CITY, Utah – Utah Jazz forward Bojan Bogdanovic rose up for a thrilling slam dunk during Croatia’s FIBA Olympic Qualifying game against Germany.
The Jazzman and Croatia played Germany on Saturday, July 3.
Only minutes into the contest, Bogdanovic drove past a German defender before rising up in the paint.
The forward rocked the rim with a one-handed slam and let out some fierce emotion after the big play.

Unfortunately for the Jazzman and his national team, Germany defeated Croatia, 86-76.
The loss eliminated Croatia from being able to play in the Summer Games in Tokyo.
Bogdanovic finished the contest with a game-high 27 points on 11-19 shooting, including 4-11 from beyond the arc. He also added two rebounds in 37 minutes of action.

During the 2020-21 season with the Jazz, Bogdanovic averaged 17.0 points on 43.9 percent shooting. He shot 39.0 percent on three-pointers. Bogdanovic added 3.9 rebounds, 1.9 assists, and 0.6 steals per contest.
He helped the Jazz finish the regular season with the NBA’s best record and the No. 1 seed in the Western Conference. Bogdanovic and the Jazz reached the Western Conference Semifinals before getting eliminated by the Los Angeles Clippers.
Next season will be Bogdanovic’s third year of a four-year contract with the Jazz.
