BYU Announces Fan Fest In Las Vegas Before Start Of 2021 Season

PROVO, Utah – Another sign that life is getting back to normal, BYU football fan fests are back.
During their annual football Media Day, BYU announced one Fan Fest will be taking place near the season opener.
BYU will hold one Fan Fest the night before the season opener against the Arizona Wildcats in Las Vegas.
The event will take place at Craig Ranch Regional Park on Friday, September 3rd from 6-8 p.m.

BYU will play the Arizona Wildcats the following day at 8:30 p.m. (MT) at Allegiant Stadium, home to the NFL’s Las Vegas Raiders.
Last year, BYU canceled fan fests due to novel Coronavirus pandemic. In years prior, BYU has held Fan Fests in Tennessee, Arizona, California, and other highly populated spots with Cougar fans.

BYU also announced during their Media Day festivities that 47,000 tickets have been purchased for the Arizona game. Cougar fans sold out their ticket allotment in minutes after they became available through the BYU Ticket Office. BYUtv’s Dave McCann said it will be the largest contingent of BYU fans outside the state of Utah in program history.
BYU’s game against Arizona is one of seven Power 5 programs that the Cougars will face during the 2021 season.
