Jazz Forward Joe Ingles Buries Back-To-Back Threes, Forces Clippers Timeout To Start Game 3

SALT LAKE CITY, Utah – Jazz forward Joe Ingles knocked down a pair of three-pointers and forced Clippers head coach Ty Lue to call an early timeout in Game 3 between Utah and Los Angeles.
The Clippers hosted the Jazz at Staples Center for Game 2 of the Western Conference Semifinals on Saturday, June 12.
45 seconds into the contest, Ingles sunk a 28-foot jumper to give the Jazz a 5-0 lead.
29 seconds later, the forward buried the second of back-to-back triples to extend Utah’s lead to 8-0.

Ingles’ threes forced Lue to call a timeout only 74 seconds into the game.
After the three-pointers, Ingles led the Jazz with six points on 2-2 shooting.

The Jazz enter the game with a 2-0 series lead over the Clippers.
This season, Ingles averaged 12.1 points per game on 48.9 percent shooting.
During the postseason, the forward has put up 8.1 points per contest in seven games.
