Tony Finau Struggles During Third Round At The Memorial Tournament

SALT LAKE CITY, Utah – Utahn and PGA Tour golfer Tony Finau struggled during his third round at the Memorial Tournament.
Finau’s third round took place at Muirfield Village Golf Club in Dublin, Ohio on Saturday, June 5.
After shooting four-under across his first two rounds of the tournament, Finau struggled on day three at “Jack’s Place.”

Finau shot four-over for a score of 76 on his third round of the tourney.
The result dropped the Utahn 21 spots on the leaderboard from where he started the day.
Finau is now even on his scoreboard from the tournament and will enter Sunday’s final round tied for 30th on the leaderboard.
John Rahm had a six-shot lead following the third round, but was forced to withdraw from the tourney after receiving a positive COVID-19 test result. Rahm was the tournament’s reigning champion.

Collin Morikawa and Patrick Cantlay now sit atop the leaderboard at 12-under and own a three-shot lead on Scottie Scheffler and Branden Grace.
