Joe Ingles Knocks Down Three-Pointer, Trash Talks To Start Game Against Grizzlies

SALT LAKE CITY, Utah – Jazz forward Joe Ingles began Utah’s first game of the NBA Playoffs by burying a three-pointer and trash talking the Memphis Grizzlies.
The Jazz hosted the Grizzlies at Vivint Arena on Sunday, May 23.
43 seconds into Game One of the postseason, Ingles rose up and knocked down a triple.
After the shot went through the cylinder, the Jazzman immediately chirped some trash talk towards Memphis’ Dillon Brooks, who was late on contesting the shot.

Ingles’ bucket gave Utah its first points of the the game and a 3-2 lead with 11:37 left in the opening quarter.
This season, the forward is averaging 12.1 points per game on 48.9 percent shooting.
He was recently named a finalist for the NBA’s Sixth Man of the Year award.
