SALT LAKE CITY, Utah – Bear River center fielder Olivia Taylor made a tremendous catch in the 4A State Softball Championship game on Saturday afternoon.
The Bear River Bears were facing Tooele for the state championship when it looked like the Buffaloes were going to get a home run but Olivia Taylor stopped that. As the ball was going over the fence which had tape and ribbon on stakes, Taylor back-pedaled and made the catch while falling over the tape to get the out.
KSL SportsBeat anchor Sam Farnsworth gave that Catch of the Year honors.
