With Mike Conley and Donovan Mitchell being out of action due to injury, Forrest has been asked to step up as the backup point guard and has answered the bell. Midway through the fourth quarter, Forrest had 6 points, 3 rebounds, 3 assists and one block on 3-for-6 shooting from the field and 0-of-3 from beyond the arc in 16 minutes.
Forrest went undrafted out of Florida State and signed with the Jazz this past offseason.
The Jazz are on their fourth of a five-game home stand. They will wrap up the home stand on Saturday, May 8 against the Houston Rockets at 8 p.m. MDT on AT&T SportsNet.
