BYU Football’s Postponed 2020 Game Against Missouri Moved To 2035

SALT LAKE CITY, Utah – Missouri football announced that the postponed 2020 college football game between the Tigers and BYU Cougars has been rescheduled for 2035.
The Cougars were slated to host the Tigers at LaVell Edwards Stadium before the SEC moved to a conference-only schedule for the 2020 season.
BYU will now host Missouri on September 8, 2035.

The contest is the second game on the Cougars’ 2035 football schedule.
BYU is scheduled to host the Stanford Cardinal on September 1, 2025.
Missouri vs. BYU
The Cougars and Tigers have played each other twice all-time.
BYU first played Missouri in 1983. The Cougars won the first meeting, 21-17.
Missouri evened up the all-time series with a 20-16 win over BYU in 2015.
Missouri Tigers
Last season, the Tigers finished with a 5-5 record. Missouri earned a spot in the Music City Bowl before the postseason game against Tennessee was canceled amid the coronavirus pandemic.
BYU Cougars
BYU finished its 2020 schedule with an 11-1 record, including a win over UCF in the Boca Raton Bowl.
The Cougars are slated to open the 2021 season against the Arizona Wildcats on September 4.
