Bojan Bogdanovic Lifts Jazz To Big Halftime Lead Over Spurs

SALT LAKE CITY, Utah – Utah Jazz forward Bojan Bogdanovic picked up where he left off and had a big first half performance against the San Antonio Spurs.
After leading the Jazz with 34 points in their win over the Raptors on Saturday, Bojan Bogdanovic had 17 points in the first half against the Spurs. Coming into this game, Bogey has scored 20 points or more in four of the last five games, including two games with 30 points or more.
Bogdanovic scored 8 points in the first quarter before putting up 9 points in the second quarter. He shot 7-of-9 from the field and 2-for-3 from the three-point line in the first half as the Jazz held a 60-43 lead at halftime.

Rudy Gobert and Jordan Clarkson each had 12 points in the first half. San Antonio had one player reach double figures in the first 24 minutes and that was Dejounte Murray with 11 points. Utah was shooting the ball effectively, hitting 53 percent of their field goal attempts.
The Jazz are still without Donovan Mitchell and Mike Conley due to injury.
Utah is in the middle of a five-game homestand. They will have a rematch with the San Antonio Spurs on Wednesday, May 3 at 7 p.m. MDT on AT&T SportsNet.
