New NFL WR Simi Fehoko Shares Childhood Photo In Dallas Cowboys Uniform

SALT LAKE CITY, Utah – Former Brighton High School and new Dallas Cowboys wide receiver Simi Fehoko shared a childhood picture in which he sported the jersey of his NFL team.
The Cowboys selected Fehoko with the No. 179 overall pick during the fifth round of the 2021 NFL Draft on Saturday, May 1.
After Fehoko was drafted, he posted a photo from his childhood in which he was wearing a Dallas Cowboys jersey and helmet.

Simi Fehoko at Brighton High
Fehoko is a native of Sandy, Utah.
Before getting drafted by Dallas and his time in college at Stanford, Fehoko was a star player for the Brighton Bengals.
Fehoko was rated as a four-star prospect and the No. 1 recruit in the state of Utah in 2016 by 247Sports.
He committed to Stanford over offers from Clemson, Colorado, Michigan, Nebraska, Utah, Washington, Utah State, and Vanderbilt.

Simi Fehoko at Stanford
Fehoko saw little playing time during his first year in Palo Alto, California.
He had one catch for six yards as a freshman.
Fehoko’s sophomore season showed that he was an impact player for the Cardinal. He had 24 receptions for 566 yards and six touchdowns in 2019.

During the Pac-12’s shortened season in 2020, Fehoko produced similar numbers with 37 catches for 574 yards and three touchdowns.
He finished his college career with 62 receptions for 1,146 yards, and nine touchdowns.
