Julio joined the team during the offseason after playing 20 games with Liga MX club Atletico San Luis last season. Before that, he spent three seasons with LDU, playing in 109 games and scoring 23 goals.
RSL and Julio had been in contact multiple years ago prior to his move to Liga MX. It has become apparent that the communication between Julio’s team and RSL continued throughout his experience in Mexico.
